• We offer a 100% REFUND 💸 if your code doesn't work. This rarely happens and typically only occurs when a factory code has been changed by another service provider.
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. We cannot process refunds after this period.
• While we refund all non-working codes, please note that we cannot cancel orders as our service is fully automated.
• Important: Always double-check your serial number before entering the code. If you enter an incorrect serial number (even with a small typo), the code won't work and you'll need to purchase a new one.
How to Request a Refund:
- Verify that you entered the serial number correctly.
- Record a short video 📽️ showing:
- The code entry process
- The serial number from the radio label (must be shown in the same video)

If your video file is too large to email, you can use WeTransfer and send us the download link.
